The staff very nice. However, there was zero reason for me to come all the way out to your office for a 15 min consult that could have been handled over the phone or video chat. I took five hour off work and the traffic headache for something that should be routine video/phone option.

Ms. Lee, the Nurse Practicianer is very knowledgeable so if you can't get into one of the doctors for an appointment right away, schedule with her she will give all the info you need to make an informed decision.

I certainly appreciated all the help and advice given and I hope some of my problems will be resolved by trying this new medication. However, I was not aware it is to treat Crohn's disease. Very upsetting.

She’s great at answering your questions, utilizes lab results to make sure you are doing well—not just based on qualitative feedback but quantitative data as well—and also holds you accountable. After all, it’s your health! I was not paid to write this review but I did get a sample bowel prep haha (also not as payment for review :P)
